We purchased a 2008 Hybrid Tahoe (2 wheel drive) from John L Sullivan in 2009. Within a few months we had to get an alignment done, due to excessive ware on the front tires, and purchased 4 new tires. We got the alignment done at John L Sullivan after getting the tires elsewhere.in about a year we had pointed out to us that the front tires had excessive ware and needed replaced. We took the car to John L Sullivan to have the alignment checked - and any parts that may be faulty to contribute to the recurring problem. My wife was told by the representative that there was "nothing wrong" and we should "rotate our tires more often".

We took the car to another location to have the problem checked. The alignment was so far off they could not believe it. The front right had a "toe" of -39 degrees. (the "toe" was out -29 degrees the first time the problem was addressed with John L Sullivan) The back tire hardly show any ware at all, in fact they look almost new. So this whole thing took my wife an entire day of work and over $500 in unplanned repairs.

By failing to make the proper repairs to the car the first time, we had to replace the tires twice and have the alignment done twice. I will never take my car to them for repairs again!
