After a recent experience I will never use Raffield Tires again. I have used them for years for oil changes, brake repaires, purchase of tires, rotation of tires, and inspection of care for needed repairs. I purchased 4 new tires from Raffield Tires on Russell Pkwy in Warner Robins, GA during Jul '09. I continued to come and have the tires rotated as instructed. However, on 30 Oct '10 I was told I needed to get 2 tires due to tread wear. I inquired how could that be since the tires were not that old. I was told by the technician that the the tires were worn that way because I needed a front end alignment. I ask them why wasn't I told this before and he replied that I should have had an alignment when the tires were put on. I told him that I was not told I needed one and the car was being brought in for rotate and balance as needed. If I needed a front end alignment I should have been told so to prevent the tires from having to be replaced. I was quoted a price of approximately $297.00. They must have thought I was crazy to give them more money when the tires were only 15 months old. Of course I will take my business else where. They are a bunch of rip offs.
