All I can say is Rob Knapp is your typical car salesman! He's going to get as much out of you as can. He only offered me 1 financing option and no flexibility on trade-in or car price. He also stated that if I didn't buy that day the price would go up and the car would probably be sold. I asked to hold the car for 24 hr. Per Rob, to do so we needed to get the paperwork started which we did. Guess what? By noon the next day, the car was sold to someone else! After being given some lame excuse of why the car was sold I decided to go elsewhere and told Robb (Avondale Toyota) that I now refuse to do business with them and that no further contact was necessary.
I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Camry purchased from Bell Toyota where the salesman and service was outstanding!
Thanks Robb, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have found such a great dealership to give my business too!:-)
