I paid $1,395.00 for their deluxe warranty that was supposed to cover anything that went wrong with my used vehicle, the vehicles intake gasket developed a leak causing coolant to enter the combustion chamber of the engine and blew out the headgasket this caused coolant to enter the engine and destroyed the bearings of the engine runining the engine.
They refused to cover the replacement of the engine and would only cover the gaskets that blew out even though replacing the gaskets would do no good as the engine had been destroyed, I have had to purchase a rebuilt engine and have it installed at a total cost of $3,499.00
I purchased this warranty from Tag Automotive a used car dealer in Fresno CA whoes salesman lied when he told me and I quote "If anything at all goes wrong with your car this contract will cover it"
