We were given a quote to rebuild our transmission of $3600 and $1500 for labour. After the transmission was removed and our truck set on fire we were told parts were extra, $2400.
While putting the transmission back in mounts were put in upside down so the engine and transmission were crooked. Friday at closing time when the job was not finished and the vehicle had no wheels we were told we had to pay $11,650.00 or we would not get our motor home back.
During the weekend we had our vehicle towed to W.W. Williams the real Allison Transmission shop and the repair finished at a cost of $900.00. We paid Arizona Transmission the agreed $5100.00 and they cashed the check. We are tourists and these people take advantage of people like us, we heard many stories after we got out of there.
