In July Tony Johnson my friend of 6 years came to my house to pick up my axles. Tony Johnson now thinks he owns a set of my 2.5 Ton Military axles with a M37 Military transfer case. After a couple of months he got an absurd idea they were his and I would not miss them. I go to pick them up at the end of February 04.
Tony Johnson says that we had earlier traded these axles for a completely inferior set of 1 Ton Dana 70s. That trade NEVER happened! Well it doesnt end here, It has just started. I paid $1200.00 for a rolling chassis 8 months earlier.
Thank god I have a receipt. I never received a title so I never took the truck off the property. He still has the truck and my axles. A set of 12 inch springs, paid for never received. I have a receipt. I installed $980.00 Dollars worth of autoglass over the past year, I was keeping a running total and we were going to apply monies and glass work towards his labor for building my mud truck. NEVER HAPPENED!
I have a court date with him and his wife AMY JOHNSON both of Lake Helen Florida. March 5. What makes this so difficult is that we were good friends. We lived on the next block from them...
PEOPLE... BEWARE BEWARE!!! If he will do this to me and my wife... ANYONE is OK with them. STAY AWAY Extremely Dishonest... Would steal from his own friends to keep his business afloat... I called the Sheriffs Dept to get my Military axles and transfer case. I had my original bill of sale with ID #s on it. As soon as TONY JOHNSON said we traded it immediately became a CIVIL ISSUE...
The police cant do anything. You could see my axles through the fence but with no search warrant he could do nothing. I was FURIOUS! A civil issue! You have got to be kidding! TONY JOHNSON knew what he was doing... I have also contacted the DMV on the truck issue with no title. They were very interested in my receipts and story. So we will see how this turns out. People BE CAREFUL who you do business with...
BUBBA TRUCKS appears to be in his wifes name. So i sued both of them. He is into me for about $4800.00 as of now. That includes the replacement of my axles that he said he sold.
As of 3-1-04 they were still on his property. He told the deputy that they were gone ANOTHER LIE TONY JOHNSON... THEY ARE STILL THERE! YOU got balls buddy... But I will do everything in my power to shut you down!!! Legally of course!
I will be back with a update... Later I also know of other people that have had similar problems one in particular around his estimate of about $10.000.00 to build a truck. I will contact him to let him know about this site I dont want want what isnt mine to begin with. Me and my wife work hard for what we have... And to let someone like this to just take my property... I just want my stuff back!!! We will see TONY JOHNSON!!! We will see!!!
