Michael h thompson, auto diagnostic.com bait and switch, did not fix my car and took my money. He would not give me my keys back uness i paid him

I was so worried about getting ripped off by an auto mechanic so i went to mutiple shops. I explained to the owner MICHAEL THOMPSON not to complete any work without my approval. He checked out my car, gave me a price and i paid for it to be fixed in advance and made the appointment to fix my car when the part came in. When i came to pick up my car, he charged me an additional $250.00 and said my part cost more than he quoted me and he checked out my air conditioner which he DIDNT FIX. When i told him i didnt give him approval to fix it and i wasnt paying for that, he said he was going to take my parts off my car and he WOULDNT return my keys to me unless i paid him the $250.00. Dont take your car there!
