Yesterday I saw an item for sale "on sale" at Sears.com. When I went to order the item, it came up at its retail price. The CHAT person explained that it was the computer's fault and Sears would not honor the sale price. After 2 CHAT conversations and 4 email complaints, Sears will still not honor its Online price. Of course by now the Online price has been changed!
I am now attempting to contact Sears Holding Company directly, as the employees I have contact seem unable to resolve the problem.
