I reserved a rental car through ACE. The rental went smoothly and i had no problems with the car. The servce at the location was very nice as well. Especially for a budget rental car. The issues occured when after two weeks, the $300 deposit had not been refunded to my AMEX. They told me "at most" it wouldbe 8-10 business days. I contacted ACE several times and they always said that it was "in the works" and/or that their "accounting department had been notified". It has now been over 6 weeks and I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company. This is class action waiting to happen and Blue Oval (dba Ace Rent a Car) should be on notice.
