We rented a car from May 31 to June 15 - it was returned with no damage. The 500 pound (US $750) deposit that was demanded because we refused to pay the insurance (we have it covered on Visa) has not been refunded as promised after six weeks. A second rental from June 21 to June 27, one month later, also 500 pounds ($750) Ref. 290317605 has also not been refunded. We suspect a racket here and would like to know how to report this. We have emailed rentalcars.com and were told we have to wait another month for resolution. This is totally unacceptable.
