Tool Rental issues at this store only - Tool Rental

We consistantly rent floor sander's from Home Depot and pay cash for the deposit as it can take 1-2 weeks for a deposit refund to be completed on a debit card. This is the ONLY store in the Denver Metro area that refuses to accept a cash deposit. I had my team leave this store and immediately go to the Quebec store and they completed the rental with NO ISSUES at that store. We have rented from mulitilple stores all across the metro area and have never had this issue. The assistant manager Doug is unhelpful, stubborn and showed poor customer service. Keep trying to reach the store manager Robert to discuss the issue but can't get a hold hove him. As a contractor who spends lots of money with Home Depot this location is by far the most disappointing with customer service. Rent tools from any other location, even if it is a bit out of the way... This store is not worth the hassle.
