Four Seasons Limo and Sedan in Richardson Texas tried to scam me for an extra hour of service I did not use and a tip that I did not give. Like the other person who left a complaint said, they gave me a blank credit card form to sign and then filled it in with additional amounts later after they already gave me a flat rate fee. My signature on the form and the tip amount are written by two different people!
The owner and the drivers blame each other for the inflated bill but both are in on the scam. When you call them to find out why the charges do not match the agreed upon rate, they try to make you feel dumb for signing the blank credit card form! The driver actually said "I dont know who would sign a blank credit card form unless they are stupid, that just doesn't make sense that someone would do that." As documented by the other complainer, this must be their practice to have the customer sign a blank form so they can add fees and tips after they get a signature.
Their BBB rating is F and they have gotten away with this scam multiple times. To the other person who left a complaint on this site, all you have to do is dispute their charge with Amex and point them to this site and you will receive a refund. Dont let them get away with this fraudulent behavior. This company is run by some immoral, unprofessional, dishonest, greedy thieves who think everyone is stupid except themselves. Avoid doing business with these people. They are not credible or trustworthy.
