I also was a victim of the "buy one, get one free "tire come on at Pep boys in February'11.

Kept waiting for the rebate and got a whopping $45 dollar debit card for tires worth $185 ea being off road. Needless to say I am filing with the better business bureau for this bullshit practice. Stop with the crap!
