I have been lied to and ripped off by Buick

I purchased a used 1999 Buick Century in 2000 and I was assured that it had never had problems, never been wrecked and was factory original. 2000 was a drought year and we had no rain for some time. The first rain, we found a leak. The dealer said it was the windshield and replaced it. That is when he said that it was not a factory windshield.

The next rain, it leaked some more and the dealer said that it was the left rear door seal. Then it leaked on the next rain. That was when the dealer said that it was the sunroof and that it was NOT factory installed (contrary to what I had been told). They MESSED with it and damaged the dash.in repairing the dash, they damaged the door moldings and in fixing that they screwed up the upholstery and worked on the sunroof again.

This messing up trying to fix the leak and their damage to the interior continued. The auto stayed in and out of the shop for about 6 months (7000 miles was all the use I got). They again worked on the leak and scratched the tinted right front passenger window and scratched the paint and damaged the threshold taking the seats in and out. They damaged the right front door panel and damaged the right rear armrest.

It should be noted that the dealer hired an outside person to fix (not replace) the upholstery and door panel. This person got glue and gray paint all over everything including the red exterior because they did not want to replace a damaged right door panel that they had messed up ($600 item).

When they repaired this mess up, they got grease, paint or tar on the upholstery when the upholstery was replaced, they broke the ashtray and tried to glue it back together and did not correctly install the seat upholstery. That is when they broke the seatbelt bracket and tried to glue it too. They replaced the right rear window electric motor and now the left front motor has quit.in this fiasco, they ran over a curb and ruined a wheel and tire.

We had to pay a local auto interior expert to remove the seats and reinstall the upholstery correctly. When the rain started in fall of there was a small leak but it quit and then the motor tappet noise started and the leak has come back.

Last week I called again to Lander's Buick in Benton and talked to Jason who repeated that they could/would do nothing more as the auto had already cost them a fortune (because of their incompetent help) and that I should call Buick customer service who listened and called Benton and then basically told me to jump in the lakeBuick would do nothing.

I hope that I have this in the correct order of replacement but regardless, the carpet was replaced 2 times due to the leaks and needs to be done again. This wet carpet is causing rust and corrosion to the floor and is near the auto computer and yes, I have a low tire light
I now have a $7500 note on a defective lemon and have been ripped off by Buick and Lander's Buick of Benton.
