About the month of dec i deliver my car cost regular prior to the deadline 12/27/10. On 1/8 i rec'd a tel. Contact from santander seeking our payment for 12/10, that based on them it was never rec'd. I contact my own bank to verify the status of my car cost check they indicated that check wasn't removed. I contact santander on a single day 1/8 and was informed that no payment was rec'd for 12/10. Santander lender customer support describes to me that payment was due and should be paid otherwise my account will get into selection. I show the csr that i've sent my payment by mail regular. I've never had any late payment issue. If you look at my payment history with citifinancial i've never been delayed. Santander csr recommend me to create a tel cost to protect 12/10 which he'll annotate our record file that 12/10 cost was made by phone on 1/8. He stated clearly that his notice will stop every other payment and prevent a second payment for the month of december. I created a tel cost on 1/8 to address 12/10 cost. Later i evaluate our bank declaration it expose that santander did rec'd the payment for 12/10 examine was rec’d on 1/21 and clear on 1/24. This sudden deal trigger mean overdraft fee of $37.00. I contact santander customer support twice by tel. And online and requested a refund of my $37.00 facility fee. They stated that i should send a copy of my bank statemnt and record of my facility fee for the transaction made on 1/24. I send these documents per their request on 1/28 and not rec’d any react. I chose to call again and was told that i had been not entitle to any return. I obtain to talk to a manager or even a supervisor and was denied to speak to equally. I also requested an address to submit a problem and was also rejected. That is unbelieveable the client service is terrible, unrespecful and unhuman no sympathy at-all. The one thing i’m seeking is just a better service along with a refund of my facility fee when i trust the csr motion by annotating on my account history that i've already paid 12/10 cost a second payment shouldn't have now been cost to my account. Sadly i had been not offered appropiately i'll continue with my criticism officially. Santander bank includes a really bad customer support.
