Refuse to acknowledge payment for September and have made wrong information to credit bureau

Santander bought my auto loan from CitiFinancial in October. I created my September cost to Citifinancial. The cost was delivered electronically from my lender. I talked with team at Santander in March and dthey required a duplicate of my cost which was delivered electronically. I sent what Santander required. I obtained antoher telephone call from Santander seeking a duplicate of my real bank statement. I sent them a duplicate of my real bank statement. I acquired another telephone call declaring they require a duplicate of the bank record in the lender. 1/4 the financial institution sent them the things they required. Nowadays, I'm informed they require more evidence. No real matter what I actually do they nevertheless are providing me the run-around. They've all messed up my credit rating simply because they have posted errorenous info towards the credit agency.
