On 10/5, Santander withdrew a payment from my checking account in the amount of $263.70. They did not credit my auto account even though the funds where withdrew from my account without my consent. When I called in on 10/8 after receiving several annoying calls to make my payment, I spoke with Marcelll Nintrye. He informed me that I had to fax over my entire bank statement with all my personal information since they could not locate the payment even though the funds were pulled from Santander. He was very condensing and unprofessional. He would not transfer me to another manager and said he was the highest manager in the facility. I find this hard to believe a company as big as Santander does not have a customer compliant department or any other managers in the company. I want my account credited and the annoying phone calls to cease since they have received my payment and do not know which account they credited my payment too.
