RIP OFF and TERRIBLE Customer Service

My partner works for a BIG company that protects consumer rights. BE WARNED, this place will RIP YOU OFF! I towed my Subaru in, due to a defective coil. Village Auto quoted me $796.67. I thought that excessive. When I started asking questions and details, Cory (owner) got pissed off and told me to take my car somewhere else. He said "you have to trust me." I told him I have a right to ASK questions, when it's MY money! Ended up taking my car to Subaru DEALER (supposedly more expensive) and yet that ONLY cost $333.57. Subaru and another automative place also told me I absolutely did NOT need to spend $270. More on spark plugs, which Village Auto insisted I needed. I did NOT need spark plugs, and my car now runs great! They tried to OVERCHARGE ME by $463.00 and then on top of it, "kicked me out of their garage" for asking questions about MY car! BIG THUMBS DOWN ON THIS PLACE. They will rip you off, and have a major ATTITUDE!
