I towed my Subaru in, due to a defective coil. Village Auto quoted me $796.67. I thought that excessive. When I started asking questions and details, Cory (owner) got pissed off and told me to take my car somewhere else. He said "you have to trust me." I told him I have a right to ASK questions, when it's MY money!
I ended up taking my car to Subaru DEALER (supposedly more expensive) and they only charged me $333.57. Subaru unequivocally told me, as did one other mechanic, that I did NOT need to spend $270. On spark plugs, which Village Auto insisted I needed. Village Automotive tried to OVERCHARGE ME by $463.00.
On top of them trying to "pad the bill, " they also literally "kicked me out of their garage" for asking questions about MY car! BIG THUMBS DOWN ON THIS PLACE. They will rip you off, and have a BAD ATTITUDE!
