I take my truck in for an oil change and they tell i have a leaky radiator, on good faith i tell them ok change it, they installed a radiator in my truck, then the next day it leaked, so they tell me it needs a hose, so i say replace it, the next day the radiator leakes again, this time they say oh guess what the new radiator we put in three days ago is defective, this is at 10:00 am, i tell them i have been without a truck now for three days, i need it back. I call at 4:00 and they tell me its not done because they want the vendor to come and see it, i say he can see it on the work bench, just put in a new one and i will be on my way, they refuse saying they will have to purchase one if they do that, i say i dont care you have had the truck three times in three days just get it done, i had to go to orielly auto parts and do it my self, totally unproffesional cheats.
