I purchased a Runflat Tyre insurance plan after I purchased the vehicle in the seller.
The Tyre insurance provider is known as Auto-Protect plus they are located in
Cambridge Home, Cambridge Street
Harlow, Essex, CM20 2EQ, UK.
I recently had a hole in my own rear tyre (driveris aspect), the punctured tyre was newish with 6mm-7mm 6mm tread left.
The soft insurance provider declined the state since within the conditions and terms it claims "one state per tyre"
Additionally, it claims that I will declare up to maximum of 5 statements each year.
I stated three times to date and also have adopted all of the methods etc...
ALL my tyres have now been / are newish and well above the authorized restriction... (therefore nothing like I am stickin fingernails when my tyres require changing!!!)
The insurance business is by using this term of "one claim per tyre" to refuse my state, since they're stating that I currently stated a rear tyre (driveris aspect) in-May this season, that we did. However the same tyre got a hole!
I asked them why does it state " maximum of 5 statements each year" and also the d*ckhead stated that the sixth tyre may be the extra wheel!!! I was like, its a BMW with runflat!!! It generally does not have any extra tyre!!!.
Iam posting this on all vehicle boards Iam an associate of and also have previously approached consumer-direct...
Any assistance from my peeps here?
I hate these f*kin insurance providers... USUALLY A REASON TO REJECT A STATE...
To all PLEASE watch out for AUTO-PROTECT Cambridge Home, Cambridge Street
