On the 9th of April I purchased a brand new Nissan Qash Qai and took delivery on that same day. It all started with problems I encountered with this vehicle. The tyres on the vehicle were my first gripe. On all 4 tyres there was a uneveness on the walls, when I took this to the attention of Nissan I was told that this was normal.in the course of that same week I experience my first puncture. I then took it in to Mcarthy Nissan gateway where they had this repaired but this was not acceptable. I then ecountered a second pucture thereafter whereby I had to take it to the nearest Tiger wheel and tyre and used my X-sure tyre insurance to have this repaired. After I insisted for them to have all 4 tyres inspected by the tyre manufacture then only was it agreed that there was tyre manufacture problem with all 4 tyres and that they would replace this for me. To date I am still awaiting for tyre stock to arrive.in the mean time I am driving around hoping another tyre puncture does not occur. The following problems also experienced was vibration, temperature sensor switch, rear brake light not working. The brake light not working was experienced in the 1st week. The vehicle also had rear rattle and suspension rattle as well. All of these occured in the 1st 3 months. Off all these problems, the only ones still not sorted out is the vibration and the tyres. I can't even keep track off how many times this vehicle has been in and out of Mcarthy Nissan Gateway. I would really expect all of these issues to happen with a pre-owned vehicle not a brand new vehicle. I have even insisted for Nissan South Africa to take this vehicle in and conduct a complete inspection which just fell on deaf ears. This is my first experience that I am encountering with such a product. It is going to be almost a year and I am still not happy and very frustrated. I have been very inconveinenced as to keep taking this vehicle in. This is my first experience in owning a Nissan product and to have deal with all this, just ruins Nissan's reputation in my eyes. I trust that this complaint would reach some attention soon!!!
