LB (salesman) and Matt (manager), my son took his car in to put on snow tires. BJ told my son he needed to have a rear brake job as his rear brakes had only about two weeks life left. Also, the rotors on both wheels needed replacement. Cost $220. So, I his father had heard about this particular BIG O TIRE STORE and had unpleasant and similair dealings with another store BIG O TIRE in colorado springs on austin bluffs parkway. I hired another mechanic i knew to do the brake job for my son. The mechanic took his brake pads out and nothing was needed. Brake pads were in good shape and Rotor was perfect.in other words NO brake job was needed. Rip off. I had bought pads at another store and had to return them. BIG o TIRES wasted my time, my friends (the mechanic) time, auto parts store time. I paid my friend $20 for his trouble in looking at my sons car. ALL in all a waste of time and money. I wonder how many other people they are RIPPING off.?? MATT The manager at Big O wanted to know my sons address. Of course, I did not give it to them for fear of retaliation. He hung up on me after a few lies and excuses. Fact is he was trying to cheat and ripoff another customer.
