After my children and myself were rearended by a construction truck i lost 11 months of work had 3 surgeries on my knee ankle and shoulder i am from new york they where supposed to pay my lost income the accident was on 03/02/99.
I had to take them to arbitration and they keep adjourning and adjourning. I lost my busssiness (real estate office) i lost my home, my health, i paid my bills on time (even geico bill0, my credit is ruined my health is not the same they did not paid one dime for my last surgery.
I have another deposition with them on january our insurance was supposedto help me because of th no fault law.
They keep delayin and delaying the payment that according to
my policy is up to$4000 per month.
