Been a customer with Geico for many years. This year they keep changing the rates for payment. They tell me they never received a payment for the month of May. It was mailed out to them but they never received it. They told me they send me a cancellation notice, never got it.

Results they charge me a late fee of $55.00 plus they reported to the DMV that I had no insurance with them. Now there is a fine with the DMV on each of my car. THe fee is @200.00 each car. For no reason.

They refuse to hear that the check was lost in the mail, just like there letter was lost in the mail. I asked them since u had my email why wasn't I notified that u never receive my check. U had my email address. Why would I cancel my policy in the middle of the month since we paid every month the premium. A flag should have gone up and someone should have called me or email me. They were wrong and we suffer. They have kids who do not know how to correct this problem. To push the button to cancel the DMV fine since it was their mistake. We are talking about a $55.00 difference. They are dishonest, fraudulent billing.
