Roadloans we paid off our car years ago and now want to sell it and found the title and Roadloans has never released the title

We paid off our car years ago and received the title as Roadloans as lien holder and never paid any attention but they did not sign off on it on the back of the title. Now we are trying to get ahold of roadloans and or triad financial corp. And can not get ahold of anyone. If ther eis anyone that can help us please help.
