I recently received a Netspend card in the mail and decided to activate it. I called the number and spent a little time entering things into an automated menu. One thing I liked is that they didn't require you to speak to the automated message, just punch in numbers. After I finished that, I was quickly directed to one of their representatives. He was polite, courteous and positive. I had a great customer experience, which is not something I usually get to say about customer service phone calls.
