Oh my gosh. So I wanted to order something online but didnt have a credit card at the time so I decided to go to my local Family Dollar and get a prepaid card. WRONG MOVE!!! I got the Netspend prepaid card the only prepaid card available. I thought the activation process would be easy but no it wasnt. I ended up having to wait until the morning to even activate the card I just bought! Wtf! Just because their customer service is not 24/7! So I called this morning and they wanted me to send them copies of my SSN and ID? WHY?! I dont understand I have to go through all this crap just to activate a FUCKING PREPAID CARD!?! Fuck you netspend... Now I have to 6-8 to even see if my account will be activated! They better hope it will be or they will be getting sued for this mishap! Never doing business with their crappy ass again!
