On there website you must give them either a credit card or paypal account so that if you don't show up they can charge you a no show fee of $10. I did this and used a paypal account and when I showed up. I figured since I showed up and would not be charged that my money in my paypal account won't be affected. I checked my paypal account and it's showing a transaction pending and my $10 is in limbo. I called Hertz and the sales person gave me another phone number to call. I called and was told that it would take 3 weeks for the transaction to be cancelled due to staffing problems. He had the gall to say, what, you can't go without $10. I told him no I couldn't. When I told him that I was irritated and mad he put me on hold. I tried getting paypal to do something but they can't do anything until the seller initiates it.
