I called the service rep to check again the status of my refund. He acknowledged again receiving the package in September and apologized for not issuing refund, I said that I have read usacomplaints.com complaints about his company and said that those were lies, that usacomplaints.com owner was a competitor to his company Premiere Trade. I said that I didn't care and the one that was lying was Premiere Trade because after 5 months I hadn't gotten my money, he couldnt explain why, said that there were behind in refunding money. He offered me the use of the program for 6 months for free along with the feed and told him that that was probably to mislead me into keeping the program which I dont want, he said that wasnt the case, I agreed relunctantly. A couple of days later I receive the program in the mail which I havent activated yet. All I want is a simple REFUND! Can you do that for me? Thank you for your prompt attention.
