Titus is my son-inlaw. He wanted to purchase some RIMs for his Honda Pilot. Date: 10-17-10. The Business manager stated " We do not take Credit Cards nor Checks. He wanted Cash. So, I put 100.00 down. When we retured to get the RIMs. He shole them. So, He (Mr Herbert) stated that he could get him his RIMs from the Manufacture. So, He had Titus to pick out the RIMs he wanted and to also pick out 3 back RIMs. Then I put 400.00 more dollars down and 149.00 due at pick up, (which) was suppose to in 3 days. Well one story after another. Still no RIMs. I told Herbert just give me my 500.00. He told me and Titus to come Back on Monday or Tuesday and get your Money. Now He had someone else to call me and stae. That the Ticket states "NO Cash Refunds". Well IF your Business do not except Credit nor Checks and You pay Cash, You should get Cash back.
