Deceptive advertizing in their mailer - final notice on expiration of factory warranty. I have an extended warrenty

Deceptive advetizing: Front of mailer - between black headlines - Request for Immediate action - time sensitive material enclosed
Warning: $2,000 fine, 5 years imprisonment, or bothe for any person interfering of obstructing with delivery of this letter U. S Mail TTT. 18. U.S. Code

There is an intentional Scare tactic.
No Return address information
Inside:
"Notification that your dealership warranty is expiring or has currently expired! Call 1-866-238-6239 and speak with Motor vehicle Services to continue warranty."

That is a direct lie.
Then:
FINAL NOTICE

What notice? I have and extended warranty with the Auto Dealer.
Someone could be caught in this deceptive mailer if they weren't suspicious, like me.
