Not helpful or worried about customer satisfaction

At the end of lease ally/gmac did not want to help me out with buing out my vehicle at the end of my lease. I talked to multiple supervisors in different departments concerning my help to finance the the vehicle and even asked if they could use my on time monthly payments as my credit or proof that I can make the payments rather than giving it back and payin twice the amount to purchase it; and they still denied me and did not want to help at all.
