Uhaul James Bay Car and Truck Rental refused to speak with us. We got ahold of a Diane Commandant in Brampton Ontario and told her not to charge our credit card as it would be Fraud we never signed a thing. She told me she would not charge it. James Bay Car and Truck Rental from Cochrane Ontario even told the officer they would not charge the card. (They said we went over on gas and we had pictures to prove it) We told Diane we would get her the pictures not to charge our card as I never signed anything and it was my card and I had the proof the gas was where it was suppose to be. They charged our US credit Card, as well as we got nailed an International Fee. I told Diane in Email with her sending receipts for the read email that I wanted $100 US funds for the stress they caused as well as the fee's they charged all in US Funds. They sent over the fee but not the international fee or the stress and anxiety money I requested all in US Funds. They told us they are not paying anymore but yet I still am not refunded the whole amount or the money I wanted for a Charge they had no rights to do. I was not on the contract what so ever. I'm very disappointed with this company and I will never move with Uhaul again and I don't recommand James Bay Car and Truck Rental.
