I was given a american express card 7 months ago and upon attempted use, it was declined. After calling the number on the back of the card, I was told the card had a zero balance. The gift card has never been used!!! My daughter purchased this card for me and her $50 was hard to come by and the card needs to be re-activated with said amount or monies should be returned. I thought this was a sucessful and reputable company, I now know why.:- (
