DECEPTIVE RESPONSE-Problem with merchandise, returned ASAP and would not send replacement or refund. Misleading responses

Here is a brief summary of the emails. They have kept giving me the run around and referred to others. More frustrating than not getting the mats or refund.

In the fall of 88' I ordered the matts shown on the attachment. The mat for the 56 Pontiac was wrong and needed to fit differently as there is a rod extending from the brake and gas pedal through the floor. I called and returned the mats. Still waiting and hope you can send me new ones like on the original order. The interior carpet is black. Let me know if you need anything else. I have spoken with Jim and Jims Brother several times, emailed Sharon and have been directed to Sharon by Jim. I have emailed copies of the order, explained that the Pontiac mat was not cut to fit around the pedals and was originally instructed to return for replacement which I did shortly after receiving it. I have been told that this has been discussed at meetings, and a new one would be coming. Yet when I call either Jims Brother or Sharon, Im told to talk to Jim while Jim tells me to contact Sharon. Last time I talked to Jim, a few weeks ago, I asked if he would just send back the original and I would take to an upholstery shop and get fixed. Or send me a refund. I was also told that he would be in Mpls at a show later in June. Whats up with your company? I cant believe this last response. Do you want me to start sending the past emails or a log of my calls? Just take care of this.

Ok, I hoped you would understand that I contacted Jim shortly after the purchase to indicate that the mats didnt fit. He instructed me to return which I did promptly. Replacements were never sent. The ball is in autocarpetoriginals court. Dont know what else to say. Thanks Curt *
