Ordered 2 paintings as a gift. When I called the company I was told that the paintings will arrive within 30 days. I repeatedly tried to contact the company to see why I hadn't received the paintings after almost 2 months. I didn't get a response to my emails or phone calls. I disputed the amount with my Credit Card company and then I started receiving offensive racist responses, enclosed below:

One minute you ask for another quote and another minute you cancel your
order? Did you try to call during PASSOVER? Maybe that's the reason
there was no answer? We will ship the two paintings to you when they are
ready and if then you will not make a payment for them we will take you
to a small claims court. I explained to you that it takes more time to
complete to paintings and you could have simply asked for a REFUND and
not call your credit card company. Now not only that we will sue you for
the cost of the painting but also for our legal expenses. Happy passover?
