Drive Auto Group of Manchester and Berlin are running a fraudulent business. They have their people trained to make you feel like your getting a good deal. You walk off the lot feeling genuinely helped and serviced.
In reality they know from the start that the car they are selling you in a LEMON! They are using unfair trading practices. They haven't had a satisfied customer ever! They don't show you blue book values, or CARFAX.
They have you trust in them to repair all, if any unknown damage to the car and they return it to you more screwed than you can imagine. I purchased a car from them for 6,000$, the blue book value of that car (in excellent condition) was 4,300$ a difference of 2,700$!!! Believe me, the car is not in excellent condition.
Within the first week of having the car the coolant leaked out completely. The coolant cap had cracked. The check engine light came on. The lights don't shut off. The service vehicle soon light is on and they aren't willing to give me an appointment until AFTER my 30 day warranty expires.
O yea! They don't tell you that your warranty expires after 30 days until something happens. Then they tell you that you only have 90 days and 2400 miles to get anything replaced, which is another lie. You can only have certain items replaced IF, the are faulty as of a result of an engine problem and nothing else. And you have to pay for labor and parts!
What the hell would you pay for when your warranty is suppose to be free of charges? Why do they assure you that you car (upon purchase) is being closely checked and serviced, diagnostics are being ran, fluids are being filled. This all never takes place. They tell you that if unsatisfied you can trade it in for a car of equal or lessor value.
Not true! They don't take the car back because of the existing problems that they sold it to you with. When you do finally get to your initial appointment, you are there for hours with other unhappy costumers. Everyone with the same complaint and story. Everyone wishing they had never made the decision to purchase a car from them. Not to mention their costumer service skills are as low as possible, you'd be lucky to even be acknowledged upon entering the building.
Please read this report and take heed to this message. I will make sure that with my last breath people know that Drive Auto Group are a bunch of scam artist and they need to be shut down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am working on filing a class-action lawsuit against them with a few other unsatisfied costumers.
If you have had a bad experience please don't hesitate to respond to this blog/report with details, we need to help others so that they don't fall victim to these crooks. Also, respond if you've had a good experience because I'd like to know what rock you crawled from under.
