Purchased a used vehicle from them. The information center had been cleared prior to sale. The mileage that was put on the extended warranty was different then the actual mileage on the odometer. This Durango has been in the repair shop for four weeks now. The mechanic could not do any work on it because they had cleared the information center again so they had to wait until the check engine light came on to find out what the problem was. I have only been able to drive this vehicle 302.5 miles since the purchase. I now have payment due on this and have not been able to drive this. After I bought it the check engine light came on and found out it needed a torque convertor. It over heated and I had to get towed to the dealership. I bought the extended warranty on this but the dealer did not want to use it to replace the water pump. I thought he was being nice and didn't want me to have to pay the deductable, until I looked at the warranty and found out there is a 5- thousand mile difference between what he put down on the warranty and what the actual odometer reads. He stated that the previous owners must have cleared the info. Center. No lights were on during the test drive. I found out that it takes awhile before these come back on once it is cleared. I want a my down payment and all payments made on this back. When you purchase a vehicle in the state of wa. With an extended warranty the dealer cannot put down sold as is which they did do.
