On December 17th, I had reserved a car from the Avis Rental Car Service via e-mail cnofirmation number 4129180599 with my debit card (5510705021292186) for the amount of $93.81.

Upon arrival at the airport in Atlanta, Ga, I was informed that I had to leave aseposit of $200.00 for the rental. At that time I ask why, when I had reserved the vehicle by e-mail and my debit card. At that time I gave the sale clerk a cash deposit of $200.00 which was due back to me after the return of the vehicle (#03737473 GRPE), Document # 368825634). Returned the vehicle with these mileages. Mileage Out 1/14/10 (36036) On Sunday, January 17 I returned the vehicle as I had received it full of gas Mileage In (36070) and had asked for my refund. The saleperson Agent (No# 19516) then advised me the refund will be mailed to me in about seven to ten days. I* have called numerous time and have not yet recevied my $200.00 refund. On February 22, I spoke to a Laura at the 1-800-352-7900 number who promised me I would be getting my refund.in April I called again and spoke to Timothy Ireland, Tulsa OK, who gave me a case# 8071315. As of this date May 17th I have not heard or received my $200.00 deposit. I never deal with a company that doesnot honor the agreement of refund and lie to their customers. I am very upset about the way my complaint to Avis is being handle. I am not happy about this, I do not have money to give to a company like Avis. I need my money back. I am not happy with Avis at all. Can you please help me.
