Complain regarding service provided at your Marietta, ga shop. Franchise
owner Mark, Did not provide to us Honest full in details Estimate, Now he
want to charge us $625 in Cash For some job that he can't prove been done
!!! He didn't give us a copy of signed job authorization (so i cant even
tell right now whets on it!) He refused to provide Bill for $625!! But as
crazy was continuously demanding Cash! When car got in shop on last
Friday He was gladly accepting Credit cards. No he refused to take it! My
car wouldn't in his shop if he doesn't take a Credit cards! I am not a
millionaire. So He holding our car now. Now we don't have a car, and
don't have ability to fix it!
I asked him not to put back transmission (as if its broken i have to take it
out anyway or to pay someone for it) He refused to do that easer, And told
me that -He cant do that as Transmission is a Part of Frame! WOW. I am
a Mechanic and i know that transmission is part of Drive train, and has
nothing to do with frame, Nothing!!! You can take it out and put back wheel
By the way The car has no frame — it has Unibody.
Stop Fouling people and treat them as they Idiots!
Then he Lied to Cops and told them That he send us estimate by fax..
I am sorry, but I don't have a fax!!! Why would he lie? And he does it
constantly!
His oral estimate was $3000, No details, Nothing, I can't even see my car
now, I am not even sure that transmission been ever removed for estimate.
Each time i spoke to him over the phone, he been telling me something
different!!!
My transmission is blown and has bad core and can not be rebuild— he
said..
Prove it!!! Make some pictures, and explain details!!!
He refused to explain Anything!
Next day I found very good used transmission with 30 and 50 k miles on it
!! But he refused to Install it!!!
Police report was filed yesterday. And i am not gonna let him put lean on
car, so i taking it to court! For Unprofessional behavior, for absence of
customer service, For Disgracing American Business and for all inconvenience
and stress he giving to us. And reporting to Better business bureau is next
step
This kind of unprofessional practice has to be stopped and fined!
