Ought a 2001 honda odessy de van. Because of a class action suit the transmission warrantee was extended from 36,000 miles to 7years or 100.000miles which ever is first. The transmission failed in 2007 with 45,825 miles on it. The honda dealer replaced it for free. This week my transmission failed again with 80,372 miles on it. Honda refused to do anything, the dealer said the repair was approx $3,800.00. Obviously the first transmission was defective and of poor quality and the same for the second transmission. The transmission shop i took my van to said all honda odessy van transmissions from 1999 to 2009 all have problems! The cost 0f my third transmission is $2,650.00.
