I bought a hood from these ripoffs thay are taking my hard erned money. Pam told me the hood will come unfinished on the bottom ok so i have to finish the bottom. After doing so i tryed to mount it an it doesn't line up. So i tryed to mount adjust it it won't adjust. So i put a ruler on it the drivers side from mount to side is 4" the other side is 3 1/4"s.
I went out and bought a new camera and took pictures that i sent to them. Thay looked at them and told me to send the hood back to them but i would have to pay the freight. I told christal that i have to pay for your mastake you screw up i diden't make a bad hood that should be your reasonability not mine she told me that's what it is.
I have been fighting with them for about 3 week now thay tell me i only have about two weeks left if i don't do something soon thay will close there books on me. I will not give up i hope to get something done and stop this sob from riping off good people.
From all the bad i have found some one need's to do something. Don't try to talk to the owner because he and any one encharge don't exist. Pam and christal run it and cover for thies people.
Last night i got a hold of christal she told me she would talk to the boss ht was there and thay call me back in a few moments.
So i waited for the call that never called and like all the other times she would call me back it diden't happen.
I will not quit... Don
