I purchase a es350 lexus new in july of after the purchase I notice a insect under the clearcoat on the hood and a white spot was on the hood, the car is black. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in, and i did. They buff the hood, and it did no good. This damage was cause by the dealer. At the time of purchase, the salesman by the name ron stein told me they have a tst treatment for $449.00 and i would not have to worry about insect nor would i have to wax my vehicle, just wash it and use their products which i did. So i purchase it. I have taken my vehicle back to them over six times. They buffed the hood so much until they have totally scatch up the hood of my vehicle. Now they refuse to repair it. At that time the milege was 952. Milege now 04-01 10,200. Now they are being very rude. They put this traetment on my vehicle before I took ownership, this has been going on the entire time I've had this vehicle
