Paid for an alignment, but only part of it was done

Taken care of an position, but only section of it had been completed. They attempted to hide, stating the remainder was difficult, ultimately accepted they did not understand how to do an position on my vehicle. Guaranteed a reimbursement, jerked me around for 2-3 months, receiving steadily more rude, then efficiently explained to have a backpack. Another NTB department explained my rear-wheel bearings were totally shot, since the wheel shifted down and up. Approached the maker, was informed it's said to be like this.
