I do want to alert anybody about likely to NTB for support of any sort. I visited the NTB in Palatine, IL 9/4/07 because I needed an oilchange and had a discount. I had been educated that my car required a lot of function inclusing brand new wheels although I'd been informed just a couple months before then that my vehicleis wheels was good. I requested when these were performing that and getting the wheel down when they might examine the whirring noise that my front-driver's wheel created. They stated that they'd consider vehicle of it. Easily might have recognized what might have occurred I'd have simply gotten my gas improved there and had nothing else done. The frist time they stated it had been set I had been on my way house (I lived 1 1/2 hours from the NTB) and also the vehicle began violently trembling. It had been 10:30pm during the night and that I needed to generate it home that evening. 24 hours later they questioned me to generate it back tothe shop. I had been frightened to death the entire method since it felt such as the wheel would fall-off. After I first got it there they looked over it several hours later and explained the spindle have been bent once the bearings were set in. They offered me a rental-car and held my vehicle for over per week. Then they named and explained that my vehicle was done-for the 2nd period. I had been guaranteed that my vehicle have been pushed and examined also it was good. I went it house also it was ok even though tires smelled warm. I'd been informed that will occur with fresh wheels, and so I didn't believe something of it. Next time I went the vehicle I had been 5 miles abroad heading 55-60 MPH and also the front-driveris part wheel secured. Our vehicle seafood tailed and nearly turned. I truly Thing-God was taking care of me that my vehicle didn't switch. I named NTB plus they had my vehicle towed towards the closest NTB (that was in Crystal Lake, IL). I then found out fromthe man in the NTB in Crystal Lake, Illinois that there have been no spacers place in the spindle using the bearings plus they melted towards the spindle and needed to be welded down. Lastly, the NTB in Crystal Lake, Illinois set the vehicle in 3 times. However they decline so far to provide me my money-back and that I am really contemplating filing case since I'm scared that the next time somebody will be murdered. Don't consider your vehicle to NTB for something. They've hazardous and careless methods.
