Dear Friend/Madame,

In mention of the SCHEDULING REF: FXHYZ2

Traveler Titles - Zahida Begum and Abdul Hussain Shaik.

Path - Hyd - Dubai - JFK.

I'm boy publishing with respect to the traveler that has been through the most discomfort and suffering during there trip. The trip was planned to begin at 410 AM on 11/22. The trip got late for one hour and began just by 510 AM and upon that boarding pass wasn't Released to my dad who's senior with 63 years old and it has previously been through center bi-pass surgery. On landing in Dubai by having an hour delayed. The guests received only one time of period in move and that I have required for wheel-chair for both of my parents and wheel-chair wasn't supplied for them and upon he can't panel the trip because he does not have the boarding pass. Today he's to hurry for 10-km away about the dubai airport to obtain his boarding pass and capture the trip in a single time. He's to hurry during this period with large amount of problems and suffering he kept operating about the dubai airport to obtain his boarding pass and lastly he might in a position to obtain the trip.

I dont realize why a senior with 63 years old wasn't Released the boarding pass. While he requested at Hyderabad airport the people informed that because of protection reasons they're not Giving the boarding pass. What protection factors or risk do you consider a senior can posses only at that era? This completely ridiculous clarification and bullshit that we dont get It.

Subsequently after I have required for that wheel-chair for my dad because he currently had a heart-surgery and never suggested to walk-on the dubai airport. You folks created him work for his boarding pass with providing 1-hour of time taken between the routes. Excellent of you people. I'm completely pissed off with this specific support and food. You might have gotten him in to the clinic again using the period and stress you've develop on him. I want the reason why was the wheel-chair not directed at him after I have required particularly?

I've purchased emirates solution by viewing the position when you are renowned in supplying convenience towards the guests during trip. I settled so much additional to obtain the seats of emirates from every other airlines like (atmosphere Asia, qatar, lufthansa) maintaining your status in my own brain. Today Its completely destroyed and that I require the reason why for that seniors boarding pass wasn't Released of Course If why was it-not taken care precisely at Dubai airport and just why the wheel-chair wasn't supplied.
