Pathetic customer experience lead to distress

Our parents flew Emirates from Mumbai-Dubai and Dubai-Bay Area. They'd probably the most horrible connection with their existence. I'd never suggest Emirates to anybody traveling from India to US, especially.

Once they reached Dubai Airport, their trip was overbooked with no additional choice available these were delivered back house with a boarding pass for that following day. Payment for this:- a totally free one of the ways ticked from Dubai to SFO. Given that we reside in Mumbai and go SFO, this solution is ineffective for all of US. The solution is non transferable and also to be properly used inside a year. Again-this isn't likely to occur. Therefore it is like receiving no payment.

24 hours later they boarded the trip but their baggage never arrived in. All 4 bags were dropped. The luggage was shipped house 24 hours later delayed during the night. For 2 times, my parents were left without any clothes. For this, they didn't actually pay.
