Subsequently explained $459 for just two brakes/mat & rotar on rear-wheel of my 2004 vehicle. Simply because they were ok, I needed to hold back on that but he wont I want to off that. Alternatively he began along weary bargaining procedure, through which he held lowering the cost, to as little as $353.
However when I nevertheless insisted that my wheels be seemingly ok and simply require the oil-change, he appeared clearly annoyed and explained it'd have a while, despite the fact that there is just 2 vehicles within the shop and 5 technicians, but I quit with my buddy.
Then I was named and informed the fan for that oil-change wont come down as its stripped and that I'd need to get a brand new on for $19.99, to that we decided after showing shock. An hour later I named to check on and was informed they've it in-stock and also the vehicle could be rady within an hour. At that time, I questioned if they holds onto the tripped component, and so I might display it to my prior technician, since they'were declaring its his problem. And that I was informed, they'd.
2 more hours later, lastly after I named was informed the oil-change is performed and vehicle is prepared, and so I went with my buddy.
BUT SHOCK, AFTER ANOTHER 20 MINS TO BE TOLD TO WAIT FOR YOUR CAR TO BE PRESENTED, that oil-change IS CLEARLY not completed and also the man is finished.
He evidently texted another technician, whose name they might not inform, neither might they tell me the Sherwyn's lastname. They stated they really couldn't do the oil-change and simply passed me the important thing back.
MOST UNPLEASANT SHOP, MANY TERRIBLE MGR SHERWYN. Only move there if you want Russian Roulette.
