We got out this plan on July 10 and we ended it thirty days later. We were informed we'd 6o days to stop. We obtained a notice from American Car guard stating our plan was ended and also to contact Car One to get a return. We've named them in August and was informed we'd possess a sign in four weeks. No-check. Spoke to Lozan end-of September we were to truly have a check fourteen days. No-check. Delivered copies of notice seeking termination on Oct 9. March 28 named spoken to jordan. Stated worst scenerio might have a sign in fourteen days. No-check. Have named in November, December, and today its January we named but still no-check! Is there several for that Better Business Agency that I will contact? Want to have my money-back once we can use it.
